UK Delivery Options
Free delivery on UK orders over £60
Free ‘standard delivery’ will be given on all orders with a minimum value of £60. Free delivery will be given in conjunction with other promotions, with the standard delivery charge of £3.95 being deducted at the checkout stage. Please read the details of the ‘standard delivery’ below for more information on this option.
UK Standard delivery – 3-5 working days
Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
UK Express delivery – 1-2 working days
Your order will be sent using first-class post, if you place your order before 2pm on Monday to Friday, we’ll send it out on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
European Delivery
For orders to the EU placed before 1pm, you can expect to receive your goods within 5-8 working days of order placement.
Signatures are not required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.
