Fair Trade Clothing
Fair Trade is about choosing to work with marginalised and vulnerable people who are struggling to survive. It is about supporting their efforts to generate a living income for themselves in a healthy way that benefits the wider community and the environment. It is about developing long term business relationships that are founded on respect rather than exploitation.
From what we have witnessed organisations founded on principles of respect and fairness that seek to benefit the community as well as its individuals have a massive impact. Impoverished communities can be turned around, making them healthier, wealthier and more sustainable. And it goes without saying that this is good for all of us.
