Mells Somerset – A Beautiful English Village

Behind the scenes on our SS14 photo shoot in Mells Somerset

We like to keep things as local as we can and luckily for us in Somerset there is no shortage of pretty villages and landscapes for us to use as our backdrops for our photo shoots. For our SS14 photo shoot we used our favourite village Mells in Somerset as our location.

Mells is a small village but with a lovely unspoilt character reflected in its beautiful architecture, pretty village green and traditional shops selling locally sourced food.

Our main location for the shoot was the 17th century walled gardens situated in the heart of Mells. It is a labyrinth of beautiful gardens that flourish with vibrant colours.

Our 2nd location was the Talbot Inn a traditional yet stylish coaching inn and pub that has been welcoming visitors since the 15th century. More recently it has been frequented by Mick Jagger when he played at Glastonbury!
